hi. i have been browsing/watching over the community for i nspiration and a self og comfort which has in turn helped me to get down to 92.2lbs from my heaviest of 108lbs since sept! and can i just say thanks you to all for that!!!!!!

i never have understood how to join the community, i tried before to my failure it didnt work. anyway i am back. guna give it another go!! if anyone can help, wud be much appriciated!!

getting quite scared since xmas is like next week and the food is going to be in ridiculus amounts and hard for me to keep control. all the hard work is a begginning of a new inner strenght but not sure i want to test it yet. so any suggestions how to stay in control over the winter is also encouraged and appriciated.

anyhooo enuf of me rambling, how is everone else doing??

o i binged 2day. i feel bad. however i did do 6hrs of exercise (coaching gymnastics, tumbling, swimming and bagminton) so i guess it cud be worse!

ok so i wore the leotard 2nyt at gym!! felt SSSSOOOOOO fat, like everyone was watching!

my thighs touch in the middle n it makes me feel sick!!

im really down atm needing some support!

sorry for rambling on n puttin a downer on yr day!
